(2)The period of three warranties for products is 12 months. The company will bear responsibilities, including repair, replacement, refund and compensation provided in contract if the products have quality problems from ex-factory day (The user should comply with storage and usage regulations and the period should not be more than 12 months from delivery date of manufacturing factory )
(3) We will arrive at spot within 48 hours after receiving inform of quality problem of products and keep working until the problem is resolved.
(4) We will provide high grade service if the fault is not in three warranties period.
(5) We can provide technical training, technology consultation and quality tracking service as required by users. |

(1) Faults made by customers to disassemble or repair without permission.
(2) Product service is over quality warranty period.
3¡¢Products not made by Wanhong and fake products are not in the service scope. |
